CBRN Security Manager Graduation

On October 11th 2018 at Szubert’s auditorium 31 newly trained “CBRN Security Managers” have been awarded a Diploma of Graduation by Prof. dr hab. Andrzej Kruk, Dean of Faculty of Biology and Environmental Protection, University of Lodz and Cpt Mariusz Grasza, representative of Antiterrorist Operations Bureau of the National Police Headquarters. The Graduates come from Poland, Portugal, Spain, Croatia, France, Estonia, Hungary, Italy, Slovakia and represent institutions including National Police, Fire brigade, Government Protection Bureau, Armed Forces, Border Guard or State Sanitary Inspection.

The ceremony was preceded by a conference titled “Support for European Union action in the field of CBRN security managers education” opened by Vice-Rector for Scientific Research – Prof. dr hab. Elżbieta Żądzińska. Over 120 guests from Poland and European Union had an opportunity to debate on such topics as CBRN threats for Europe, latest solution used in biological sampling processes and chemical hazards detection and response system.
